Pune FC Women’s ‘B’ team thrashed SKF Football Academy 5-0 in their first round encounter in the PDFA Women’s League at the Dowarwadi ground on Sunday.
Pune FC ‘B’ effortlessly ran through the SKF defence and generate attacks at will throughout the entire two halves.
The goals began flying in from the fourth minute, when Shivani Harer scored. Two minutes later Ridhhi Sable scored her first and the team’s second. Aishwarya Gadekar then scored a brace in the 12th and the 31st minutes respectively. Samiha Dabholkar pumped in the fifth goal of the game in the 33rd minute to complete the rout.
